An Arrest Warrant issued by the court, stays in force until it is cancelled by the court or until it is executed. An Arrest Warrant can be cancelled by attending the upcoming court proceeding and submitting the reasons for not being present for the proceedings in Arrest Warrant Cancellation application. Once the application is submitted then the court decides regarding Cancellation of that Arrest Warrant.
